How does BBL work?
The light energy delivered by the BBL will gently heat the upper layers of your skin. The heat absorbed by the targeted areas will stimulate your skin cells to regenerate new collagen. This process will restore your skin to its natural beauty, blending its natural colors and making smoother, vibrant, and younger looking. In addition, the photothermal energy will eliminate fine vessels that cause redness and reduce unwanted melanin that produces pigmented lesions.
The conditions that can be treated include:
- Pigmented lesions (freckles and age spots)
- Vascular lesions (small blood vessels)
- Acne
- Skin Firmness
- Uneven skin texture
- Unwanted hair
What's Halo?
The HALO laser from Sciton is the world’s first hybrid fractional laser. By delivering both fractional ablative and non-ablative laser wavelengths in the same pass, HALO treats the damage you can and cannot see at the same time. Patients receive both ablative and non-ablative results with non-ablative recovery times. What’s more, the dual wavelengths can be delivered in many different permutations of depths and coverage to customize the optimal treatment for each patient. In testimonials, reviews, and social media posts, patients and doctors express the highest levels of satisfaction with their HALO treatment and results.
HALO uses 2 wavelengths at the same time to treat ALL layers of the skin at once :
2940 nm → surface → texture/resurfacing
1470 nm → deeper dermis → remodeling/sun damage/skin quality
Together → tone + texture + rejuvenation + collagen remodeling
HALO + BBL is our favorite annual laser treatment for those that want to correct their skin concerns without having to come in for several treatments. Do a HALO every 6 months to maintain and enhance your results even further!
Best results are seen in 1-2 treatments
